11 Nights 12 Days Tour Package to Shimla, Tabo, Manali

Arrive at Shimla

The departure from Delhi will be scheduled either same day or one day before. After reaching Shimla, we will check into the hotel. (Star rated hotel will be arranged). Fresh up and attend the briefing of your Road trip to Spiti, followed by major tourist attractions like The Ridge, Mall Road, Lakkar Bazar, etc. Enjoy the Himachal Food and Head back to the hotel for night stay.


There starts your Road Trip to Spiti Valley @ 8:00am-9:00am, by Car from Shimla to Narkanda (7 hours). One hour from the start, we will stop in Kufri @ Adventure Resort letting you enjoy rides like Go- Carting, Indian’s Only Sky Swinger at 9000 ft. From sea level etc. A 3-hour stay and lunch are scheduled at Kufri. After lunch, the journey to Narkanda will be retrieved. At Narkanda, check in to the hotel and fresh-en-up. Next is a visit to Hatu Temple and Hatu Peak (if possible). Enough for a day, have dinner & rest.


Morning breakfast is scheduled with a decent view of the mountains. Next, head to Chitkul (The last village of India) via Sangla valley (One of the most beautiful valleys of India) and Rampur. It takes 6 hours to reach Sangla. Visit the Sangla Valley, enjoy the Baspa river and have lunch and head to Chitkul, one hour journey, to check in to the hotel and fresh-en-up. Walk around the temple, valleys, do sightseeing and have dinner at the LAST DHABA OF INDIA. Get back to hotel and rest.


The journey starts @ 8:00 am to Kalpa (2 hours). There is a chance to visit places in Sangla again, in case you missed anything as we’ll move to Kalpa after lunch (either at Sangla or Kalpa). At Kalpa, check in to the hotel, enjoy the apple orchards, buy the best Pahadi apples of India, visit the ancient temples, enjoy the sunset of Kinnaur Kailash Mountain.


Enjoy a walk to the old Shiva temple and there starts the journey to our first monastery i.e. Pooh monastery of LAHAUL-SPITI. The terrain starts changing there, and hence, watch the end of the tree line. See the confluence of Spiti and Sutlej river at Khab, pay a visit to Khab monastery, then continue to Nako monastery. Have lunch and visit the 500 years old LAMA MUMMY (if time permits). From there, we will head Tabo Town to check in to hotel and fresh-en-up. It’s a small town on the bank of Spiti River. Visit the 1000 years old monastery here and enjoy the delicious Tibetan food.

Pin Valley

Start your day with ease and visit the Ajanta of Himalayas as the Tabo Chos-Khor monastery is well-known. Pay a visit to the monastery in early morning and experience the tranquility in the morning prayers. Head back to the hotel, have breakfast and leave for Pin Valley via Dhankar. It is strongly believed that the murals, thangkas, and paintings have been made in the night by the Gods themselves. If the time permits, you can also hike to the meditation caves. A must-pay-visit to Dhankar Monastery – Seat of the King, in the ancient times – the most beautiful setting of the monument which hangs on a cliff and overlooks the confluence of Spiti and Pin river. Hiking to Dhankar River is fun, only if your lungs are fine with the atmosphere. Next move is to the Pin Valley which is known to be the home of Snow Leopards and Siberian Ibex. Choose for the night camping in Pin Valley or Stay in Kaza.


Have a walk inside the pin valley during the morning and then we will head to Kaza. Check in to the hotel, and then pay a visit to the Kaza village. Next, we’ll visit Kye monastery and Kibber Monastery. Kye Monastery lies on the top of the mountain overlooking the Spiti Valley and huge river bed. It was established in the 11th Century and known to have ancient Buddhist Scrolls and paintings, and prime learning center for Lamas followings. Kibber village consists of around 80 unique houses, which had been made of stone instead of mud or adobe bricks and are used extensively.

Kaza – Hikkim

After having an easy morning, we’ll head to Langza – the main area for Fossils. Komic – the highest village in Asia which is connected with motorable roads, Hikkim – visit the headmaster of the world’s highest post office and send some postcard to your loved ones. Enjoy Lunch next to the river and leave for markets, exploring local handicrafts, shops, and mingling. Head back to Kaza, spend the rest of the day having delicious local food and relax in the hotel.

Chandratal Lake

Have breakfast in peace. Next starts our journey from Kaza to Chandra Tal Lake where we set our camps. One may enjoy the nearby areas by walking or can start your small trek to nearby sights. On the way to Chandratal Lake, pass on from the India’s famous Kunzum La pass, & pay a visit to the Kunzum Devi temple and Kunzum Stupas. Make the most of your camping with singing, dancing, Bonfire, cooking & other activities.


Start your journey enjoying the sight views to Manali via Chatru and Rohtang Pass. Have some food here and head to Rohtang Pass. Carry some food for the journey because of traffic issues. At Manali, check into a hotel and enjoy the snowy mountains, street food, Shopping, Paragliding, water rafting, zorbing, bungee jumping and many more activities are stored only for you.
